It got worse when I was told to go call in. I was the #1 call in and I waited 15 mins. no body answered, so I hug up. NO your still BAD! USELESS!

Contacted Neat Company for Neat scanner Model ND-1000. Needed help with scanner and computer, they were not talking to each other. The excellent support and customer, and professionalism provided from the many associates we spoke with today. And a special thanks to Mary who did an amazing job to resolve our concerns. Liza was patient and helpful

Liza tried to help me with my problem. She offered many suggestions and asked me the right questions. I had trouble explaining my issue, but we discussed it and I played around on my screen until I got back to where I wanted. She made me aware that I could take a screen shot, but I don't know how so now I plan to learn. Thanks for her patience.

My account had been terminated and I could not get into the account or contact anyone for help. I finally got a chat started with Liza who was extremely helpful. It took quite a while to get through the issues but she did not give up until she had me back into my account!
